People often think the hard part is over once the offer is accepted. In reality, that’s just  
the beginning.

The deal starts when the offer is accepted and the contracts are signed — but nothing is  
done until it’s done, and that moment is closing day.

Whether we’re sitting together at a table or you’re signing virtually, settlement day  
matters. It’s the finish line of weeks (sometimes months) of planning, coordination,  
inspections, negotiations, and anticipation.

And we truly love being by our buyers’ sides — literally or figuratively — on that day.
