Meet Jackie — passion, experience & coastal living

Jackie has been a licensed real estate professional since 2003, following her graduation from Cornell University. Originally from Yonkers, New York, she spent 20 years living and working in Manhattan before relocating to Oak Island, North Carolina in 2019. With more than two decades of experience buying and selling real estate—both personally and professionally—Jackie brings a seasoned perspective, strategic insight, and genuine care to every client relationship.

Over the past several years, Jackie has guided clients through more than $10 million in successful real estate transactions across Brunswick County. Whether assisting with a primary residence, second home, investment property, or coastal retreat, her passion for real estate and commitment to helping people have fueled a business built largely on referrals and long-standing relationships. Clients value her integrity, clear communication, attention to detail, and strong work ethic—qualities that consistently set her apart in the market.

Outside of real estate, Jackie enjoys beach walks with her American Bulldog and Great Dane rescues, traveling, playing pool, listening to music, and savoring good wine—often while enjoying coastal sunsets. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and looks forward to guiding clients through the real estate process—and celebrating together on Closing Day.

Meet Jason — the heart behind Beau Vie

Jason brings nearly three decades of hands-on real estate experience, a deep appreciation for design and craftsmanship, and an unmatched work ethic to Beau Vie Realty & Retreats. A real estate owner by the age of 20, Jason’s personal journey as an investor and homeowner ultimately led him to pursue licensure—driven by a genuine passion for helping others find their own piece of paradise.

Born in Colorado and raised in Arizona, Jason later returned to Denver as an adult before following his heart to the coast. His love for the beach and coastal living inspired the next chapter of both his life and career. Known for his attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset, Jason is an invaluable part of the Beau Vie team—particularly in property preparation, design, and short-term rental management.

With a strong analytical background, Jason brings clarity and confidence to the buying process, especially when evaluating a home’s structure, layout, and location. In the realm of short-term rental management, owners can take comfort knowing their homes—and their guests—are cared for with the same diligence and respect as his own.

A proud father of three daughters and grandfather to four wonderful grandchildren, Jason approaches both family and business with the same steady commitment and care. Outside of real estate, he enjoys classic cars, basketball, music, and a good bourbon. His patience, calm demeanor, and love for animals mirror the thoughtful, hands-on approach he brings to every property—along with an exceptional ability to fix just about anything.

Rhea, our regal Great Dane, is the epitome of grace and gentleness. A true gentle giant, she loves nothing more than leaning in for affection and soaking up the sunshine. Though her size is impressive, she’s a soft soul — sweet, sensitive, and sometimes a little bit of a Scooby-Doo when faced with life’s surprises.

Roxie, our fearless American Bulldog, is her bold and beautiful counterpart. Full of confidence, loyalty, and protective energy, Roxie approaches life with curiosity and courage. She’s the first to greet new faces, inspect every corner, and make sure all is right in her world.
